If for any reason you are not satisfied we will provide you with a refund or an exchange, whichever you choose. Please contact us to make the appropriate arrangements.
Although we try to avoid being out of stock, should this happen, we will contact you by email to let you know what products we are out of and when we expect to have it in. Any other products ordered will be sent out right away and the products that were not available will be sent separately at no additional shipping cost to you.
Some coffees are limited in the amounts available. Should we not be able to fulfill an order due to limited availability, we will email you and cancel this portion of the order, no backorders will be provided.
Shipments will leave our premises within 3 business days of receiving your order. Please allow 3 to 10 days for delivery by Canada Post.
